Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our plants across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and beyond. You will apply your electrical and mechanical skills to keep production running smoothly.

The role includes preventive maintenance, meter readings, boiler chemistry, and fast-paced repairs. A strong team player who can work midshift (1:30pm-11:30pm) and adapt to weekends/holidays is ideal.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.
• Demonstrated focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repair machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
