Qualifications

• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in industrial maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and power transmission.
• Basic understanding of PLC systems; programming or advanced troubleshooting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekend rotations.
• High school diploma or GED; trade certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine inspections on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and industrial components.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic alignment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive system maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to safety standards and procedures.
