UFP Industries in Indiana is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to join our plant maintenance team on the 2nd shift. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and facility systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role offers a strong hands-on environment with opportunities to work on mechanical, electrical, and control systems, plus a shift premium on the 2nd shift. Pay ranges from $28 to $39+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic understanding of PLC / automation concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on facility systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to plan and execute repairs and improvements.

2nd shift employees receive an additional +$2/hr shift premium.
