Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic.
• Ability to identify root causes and initiate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine work procedures.
• Install and align industrial machinery according to layout plans.
• Inspect and repair machinery and systems.

Skills

Ability to read blueprints

Ability to weld and fabricate steel

Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work within precise limits

Education

Associate’s Degree or equivalent

Completion of a formal apprenticeship program
