Job summary

Superior Metal Technologies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Tech for our 120,000 sq ft paint and anodizing facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will implement policies, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high morale across plant operations.

The role requires safety‑driven work, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to support production schedules. On‑call duties and the ability to handle tools and ladders are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a metal finishing production environment (preferred).
• On call for after hours as needed.
• Daily breakdown repairs of equipment.
• Communication of inventory/supplies required for daily job.
• Able to prioritize work based upon manufacturing production needs.
• Preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Able to use ladders and scaffolding.
• Assist others as needed.
