Job summary

Constellium Bowling Green seeks a General Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in our Bowling Green, KY facility. The role is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical/controls, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose PLC-controlled systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repair of hydraulics/pneumatics, conveyors and motors, documenting work, and ensuring safety with LOTO and site standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate’s degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Industrial electricity: troubleshoot 3-phase systems, instrumentation, basic PLC, read schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance; automotive manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/control systems including 3‑phase motors and VFDs.
• Maintain equipment documentation and assist with commissioning.
• Ensure safety and compliance with LOTO and site standards.
