Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Must be punctual, reliable and have strong work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently; must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain large industrial textile processing equipment and facility systems.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with plant maintenance operations and upkeep for safety and cleanliness.
• Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) and document work performed without direct supervision.
• Monitor equipment and boilers, and work with management to repair or replace as needed.
• Assist outside contractors with repairing and installing machinery.
• Apply general plumbing and HVAC skills to maintain equipment and facility.
• Operate forklift to load/unload trucks.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by scope of work or customer needs.
