Job summary

Cints Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician II for our industrial laundry facility. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot equipment such as washers, dryers, boilers, steam tunnels and conveyors, and perform preventive maintenance.

You will monitor safety, perform boiler chemistry adjustments and mentor junior technicians. The role requires 5+ years in industrial repair, ability to read blueprints and MS Office, and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years repairing industrial processing equipment in industrial settings or military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and basic welding as needed.
• Monitor safety concerns and perform boiler chemical testing with appropriate adjustments.
• Respond to emergency alarms and assist in housekeeping and security checks.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners and support knowledge transfer.
