Responsibilities include servicing production lines, conducting preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation, or product repair.
Responsibilities
Support and service of production lines within the facility.
Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
Seasonal external facility maintenance.
Waste management and simple routine facility maintenance.
Identifying parts and materials needed to perform duties.
Email and phone conversations with vendors.
Gather information and assist in creation of new PMs.
Mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
Skills
Effective communication across departments
Problem identification and solution implementation
Proficient maintenance of equipment
Prioritization of work assignments
Knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, and NEC
PC functions including Windows knowledge
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
