Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift at our Cumberland, MD facility. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, while performing preventative maintenance and safety tasks.

The role requires reading English maintenance literature and blueprints, standing for long periods, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain industrial equipment including washers, dryers, boilers, and conveyors.
• Install, troubleshoot and perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Read and follow maintenance manuals written in English.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners and assist with safety concerns.
• Prepare maintenance records and monitor outside service providers.
