Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift at the Macomb, MI facility. You will repair, maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers, while performing preventive maintenance and safety tasks.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with industrial equipment, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and the stamina to stand long hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components (e.g., washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and boiler chemical testing; adjust chemistry as needed.
• Respond to emergency alarms and mentor Maintenance Technician I partners.
