Zusammenfassung

ELLWOOD GROUP, INC. offers an Industrial Maintenance Development Program for entry-level maintenance technicians.

The program lasts 18–24 months with 6– to 8-month rotations across Ellwood business units in the region, providing hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment and processes. Participants will learn troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

HS Diploma or GED required.
Technical Training in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Industrial Maintenance field.

Aufgaben

Gain hands-on experience with maintenance tasks across multiple equipment and processes.
Troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain complex production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and condition monitoring to prevent breakdowns.
Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting and installation.
Assist in safety improvements and install guarding and safety equipment.
