The Industrial Maintenance Development Program at ELLWOOD is a full-time entry-level maintenance role designed for graduates from Electronics, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical or related programs. Over 18 to 24 months, you will rotate across multiple units within the region, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of production equipment and processes.

By program end, you will be prepared to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain complex production systems, positioning yourself for

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proof of graduation from an accredited trade/technical program in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, or related field.
• Technician-level training with hands-on maintenance exposure preferred.

Mansioni

• Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and diagnose equipment issues.
• Inspect motors, equipment, and wiring; troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems.
• Assist in failure analysis and participate in emergency repairs or major rebuilds.
