Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I to help ensure bakery equipment runs smoothly and safely.

The role requires rotating assignments across bakery areas, climbing ladders up to twenty feet, and lifting up to fifty pounds while performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of technician experience, knowledge of HVAC, welding, electrical systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical/trade certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technician experience.
• Experience in HVAC, welding, electrical, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical/Trade School certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage across maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot and replace drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and comply with all company policies.
