Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep industrial car wash equipment running safely and efficiently across sites.

You’ll apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing skills, perform installation and preventative maintenance, and diagnose and repair systems while working with a team that values ownership and pride. Travel across the market in a company vehicle, respond to urgent repairs, partner with regional teams on new equipment, and help accelerate your

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience with 3-phase high-voltage and low-voltage systems, control wiring, and powered equipment.
• Solid skills in at least four areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with fast-paced multitasking.
