Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility in Madison. You will help repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, while aiding preventive maintenance and safety tasks.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial repair, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, basic MS Office skills, and the stamina to stand for long shifts. High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Assist with preventive/predictive maintenance and safety improvements.
• Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping and monitor inventory supplies.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
