Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems such as gear boxes, motors, seals and bearings.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and diagnose issues.
• Familiarity with reading mechanical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair equipment as needed to keep lines running.
• Conduct breakdown analysis and implement fixes.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the work area.
• Upgrade lines with new equipment or technology.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as required.
• Change lines for packaging changeovers.
• Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards.
• Document work schedules and tasks completed.
