Qualifications

• This position requires reading, writing and speaking English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; electrician certification preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance in heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment such as motors and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, single-phase 240V issues and safety procedures.
• Follow safety rules; participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
• Read blueprints/schematics and use small/power tools and testing equipment as needed.
• Contribute to sustainability goals and daily value creation initiatives.
