Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• One year forklift experience.
• Experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor and major repairs of buildings and equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment.
• Inspects belts, fluids, filters and bearings; replaces parts as needed.
• Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems.
• Replaces windows, repairs doors and locks; installs blinds.
• Operates equipment like forklift, pallet jack, boom lift.
• Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty switches.
• Assists with renovation/remodeling of buildings and drywall repair.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
