Job summary

Lynden Door, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing facility operating at peak performance. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support production operations in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This full-time, day-shift, on-site role offers competitive pay ($26.00–$36.00/hour), health benefits, and growth opportunities within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills.
• Industrial maintenance experience or related trade/technical work.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.
• Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on factory and plant machinery.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems to reduce equipment downtime.
• Conducting machine tuning, repairs, upgrades, and modifications.
• Supporting general building maintenance and fabrication projects as needed.
• Working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
