Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician for a minimum of 3 years in the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting and repair is preferred.
• A solid understanding of PLC's and how to troubleshoot.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and learning from others.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and consult manuals to fix them.
• Repair or replace broken components.
• Disassemble machinery to remove parts and repair.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and machinery.
