Nestlé Purina Petcare is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our Jefferson, WI production facility. Starting pay is $39.82 per hour, with a progression plan based on knowledge, skill demonstration, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a technical degree / certification complete.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated industrial equipment in a high-speed canning facility.
• Make minor repairs on general plant machinery such as fans, blowers, conveyors, belts, mechanical and screw conveyors.
• Work with the Engineering Department on new installations and machine improvements.
• Work with the Production Team to improve the efficiency of the machines and processes.
• Apply basic electrical and electronic principals in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of plant systems.
• Utilization of computerized maintenance software and programs to maximize efficiency and data collection/analysis.
