WinCo Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs at a Distribution Center in Boise, ID. The role focuses on ammonia refrigeration systems, electrical and hydraulic components, and general building maintenance.

You will work with the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of building maintenance or ammonia refrigeration experience is required.
• Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic and fire protection systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and use hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitors, maintains and repairs ammonia refrigeration system.
• Performs preventative maintenance on building operations and equipment.
• Inspects fire systems and sprinkler components; reports issues to supervisor.
• Coordinates with Facility Maintenance Manager on building issues and projects.
• Maintains safe, clean work area and follows OSHA standards.
• Assists outside contractors as needed.
