Job summary
Randstad USA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a safety-first, high-performing manufacturing team. You will maintain extrusion and injection molding equipment, perform PMs, participate in changeovers, and repair parts to keep operations running smoothly.
The role operates on a 12-hour night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) with a 3-2-2-3 schedule, pays $62,400–$68,640 per year, and requires a High School diploma with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- 3 years of maintenance experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with extrusion and injection molding equipment preferred.
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints and perform preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on extrusion and injection molding equipment to ensure uptime.
- Execute and improve preventive maintenance procedures.
- Participate in equipment changeovers and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and procedures.
- Expand expertise through training and installation projects.
