Conestoga Wood Specialties is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to keep the manufacturing plant running smoothly. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on complex machinery, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize output, while collaborating with production teams to spot issues early.

Applicants with 1–3 years in industrial maintenance or those trainable with a strong safety mindset are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in industrial maintenance or related fields.
• Willing to train candidates with no experience.
• Ability to operate power tools and read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment using CMMS.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Disassemble and repair equipment to restore function.
