Sheridan is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Tech 3 for the Weekend Days shift in New Hampshire. You will perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment, working independently to support the company’s goals.

The role requires mechanical and electrical skills, ability to read schematics, and strong problem-solving abilities. Overtime, shift premium, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• At least 4 years of maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electrical skills required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
• Knowledge of building trades.
• Good interpersonal skills; team player.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable with good attendance.
• Overtime or emergency on-call availability.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing; walking and stooping.
