Job summary

ATI in Oakdale, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a skilled team ensuring equipment operates to meet production goals. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical plant equipment and perform preventative maintenance with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualified candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED and 2+ years of industrial mechanical or electrical experience, with the ability to read blueprints and work rotating

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two (2) years of trade school or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical or electrical.
• Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, layout, and perform installation, maintenance and repair of plant equipment and accessories.
• Troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and fix problems.
• Safely install, maintain, and upgrade 3-phase motor control systems and AC/DC circuits; understand relay logic.
• Understand fluid power systems; troubleshoot, install, and repair power units, valves, cylinders, motors, pumps.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow company safety guidelines and ethics rules; operate lift trucks and material handling equipment safely.
