Job summary

Altium Packaging in Janesville, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold production machinery and facility systems. You will ensure safety compliance and support manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires hands-on maintenance work, tool changes, inspections, and collaboration with other departments. Shift includes 2nd/3rd split coverage with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and other related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses; inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment; weld, fabricate, and repair machines.
• Troubleshoot, locate root problems and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
