Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and plant facilities.

You will install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers, hoses, valves and pumps, troubleshoot equipment, and support safety and GMP standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is required.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• OSHA forklift certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive/corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment.
• Install/adjust/repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizers and related equipment.
• Inspect/replace hoses, valves and pumps; rebuild where necessary.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Weld, fabricate and repair machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot root causes and repair blow mold, baggers and support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
• Comply with GMP and safety standards; communicate with other departments.
