You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain furnaces, conveyors and related systems to ensure safe, continuous operations.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, a HS diploma or GED, and knowledge of MCMS, PLCs, welding and mechanical systems.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience, foundry/heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Basic to advanced electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, molding machines, conveyors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose failures and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Assist with startup of new machinery and systems.
• Log maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS.
