Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to keep operations moving.
• Complete preventive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and make equipment adjustments.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and equipment manuals to complete repairs.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Keep maintenance records up to date.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment.
