Crown Holdings, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Dayton, OH. You will keep production equipment running safely and collaborate with the Production team to meet daily targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance, mechanical skills, and the ability to read blueprints. A journeyman repair card is preferred; long shifts with a rotating schedule are included.

Qualifications

• Must have significant experience operating production machines.
• Journeyman machine repair card or 3–5 years direct maintenance experience.
• Proficient with measurement tools and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running safely and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Partner with Production to hit daily targets.
• Perform mechanical repairs and routine maintenance.
