Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed is expanding its maintenance team in Peachtree City, GA. The technician will troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical and electrical systems to boost uptime and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field, with 5–10 years of manufacturing experience. The position involves 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation, with overtime and premiums.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Systems Technology.
• ARC Flash Training (preferred).
• 5–10 years in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated control systems and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to improve uptime and efficiency.
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and specs; observe operation to locate problems.
• Maintain inventories; prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
• Create and update equipment BOMs and maintenance records; use SAP CMMS for work orders.
