Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift opportunity in High Point. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The position is 3rd shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM), temp-to-hire, with pay between $28 and $34 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Repair and replace equipment components as needed.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment inspections and identify potential problems.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document completed work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
