Job summary

Avalign is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC equipment such as Mori Seiki, Makino, Tsugami, and Citizen Swiss to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include documenting maintenance activities, collaborating with engineering, and assisting with installation and commissioning of new CNC systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in medical device manufacturing or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to diagnose and rectify malfunctions.
