Job summary

SlateUp, Inc. in Indiana is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep critical production equipment running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and interpret schematics to diagnose issues. Join a team that values safety and quality, mentor peers, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting facility maintenance across the building.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school/apprenticeship preferred.
• 3–5 years of technical/electrical experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer use.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and operating forklifts/lifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
