Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead a team of mechanical technicians performing industrial maintenance in manufacturing facilities. Strong leadership, safety and computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) are required.

You will hold daily meetings, delegate tasks, meet with customer contacts, conduct quality audits, and ensure documentation is complete. OSHA 10-hour is expected, 30-hour preferred; compensation ranges from $35.70 to $42.00 per

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong facilitation and computer skills, ability to collaborate across levels.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments.
• OSHA certification 10-hour required, 30-hour preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Hold daily startup meetings with the team.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and delegate work assignments.
• Coordinate with customer contacts and ensure timely execution.
• Provide directions on work and maintain quality, safety, and engagement.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure complete documentation.
• Perform employee performance reviews and address issues with the account manager.
• Maintain effective communication with other supervisors and respond to feedback.
