$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Job Description
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime by quick in-depth troubleshooting abilities and a world class preventative maintenance program. The desirable candidate must be able to execute work andguide direct reports in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic with a high attention to detail, and a dedication to getting things right. Uses the company’s ERP system to setup, manage, and maintain the maintenance schedule of injection molding machinery as well as facilities and auxiliary equipment.
II. Required Skills
- 3 years minimum of experience in supervisory role
- 7 years minimum of experience to include but not limited to, in the following fields of maintenance: Aviation, Automotive Service Technician, HAVAC, Factory or Facility Maintenance.
- Preferred: Technical certification and/or associates degree related to an industrial related field
- Must be able to read and decipher electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills
III. Essential Functions
- Maintenance of plastic injection molding machinery.
- Repair auxiliary equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility as required.
- Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment. Maintain industrial control systems.
- Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
- Facilities and building maintenance.
- Create and report repairs at end of shift. Complete required paperwork, document parts and material usage.
- Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices, machine, and forklift operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.
- Installation of New Equipment
- Retrofit/Upgrade of Existing Equipment
- Basic Machining Skills
- Source parts and build necessary inventory for limited down time.

IV. Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and random drug testing
- Must sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement
- Capable of standing/walking for entire shift and must have visual and auditory capability in an industrial setting
- US Citizenship is required, and must be English fluent in reading and writing
- Physically able to bend, squat, twist, climb, reach and lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
limited travel may be required
