Job summary

Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 8-10 technicians on a fast-paced food manufacturing shift in Kentucky. You will set direction, prioritize tasks, and stay hands-on on the production floor to keep equipment running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot issues, ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time, monitor uptime, and communicate effectively with production staff. SAP will be used to track maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance or production team in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and direct work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing or similar production setting preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus, familiarity with PM systems.
