Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team supporting high-speed food manufacturing lines, planning and prioritizing maintenance to protect safety, product quality, and production goals.

You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance, respond rapidly to downtime, and partner with operations to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction. Coaching technicians and managing work orders are key responsibilities.
