Job summary

Lewis Environmental LLC is seeking a Pressure Washer for an overnight position in New Castle, DE. The role involves performing industrial cleaning tasks, adhering to safety and quality standards, and following directions from the Field Supervisor.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be clean shaven, and demonstrate a strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, integrity, and teamwork. OSHA training is a plus and a DOT certificate may be required after testing.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be clean shaven.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Accountability, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• 40 Hours OSHA and related Safety Training is a plus, but will be provided if necessary
• DOT Examiner’s Certificate is required but candidate will be sent for testing (drug, alcohol and physical)

• Adhere to all regulations and procedures regarding the handling of Haz and Non-Haz materials.
• Additional responsibilities will be shared with qualified applicants during the interview process.
• Travel time of 60% (during certain time periods based on seasonality)

• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in severe weather conditions both hot and cold
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to wear respirators as needed
• Work and travel in inclement weather
• Ability to stand and exert physical effort performing manual labor 50-70% of the time
• Able to tolerate exposure to moderate noise levels
