Premier Candle Corporation seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Reliability Technician in Kentucky to troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment. You’ll work with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams on reliability and modernization initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical and electrical skills, preventative maintenance, and documentation in a CMMS, with day and night shift options and on-site work at the Hickory, KY facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.
• Experience using a CMMS and strong preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain motors, bearings, shafts, conveyors, pumps, compressors, valves, piping, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot 120-480V industrial electrical equipment within applicable safety procedures.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, and pneumatic prints.
• Perform adjustments, alignments, component replacements, and repairs for reliability.
