Job summary
HR Consulting Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance & Reliability Technician for Premier Candle Corporation's Hickory, KY facility. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to keep production safe and reliable.
You will work on day or night shifts, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, support automation projects, and document activities in a CMMS. Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience is expected.
Qualifications
- Five+ years in industrial maintenance or related experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with CMMS and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial systems.
- Maintain motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot 120–480V electrical equipment following safety procedures.
- Read schematics and diagrams; perform Alignments and replacements as needed.
- Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
