Staffmark in Lancaster, SC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, replace worn components, and document work to reduce downtime and keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, plus technical maintenance training or an associate degree preferred, and 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing maintenance with electrical/mechanical experience.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and replace worn components.
• Document completed work and collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.
