Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for an industrial manufacturing environment in Oakdale, CA. The role supports plant operations with a strong safety mindset and hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.

You will work on the 1st shift, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and ensure maintenance is completed on schedule. You must have at least two years of experience and be able to communicate effectively in English, with SAP experience for work orders.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic.
• Must communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance workflows.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behaviors that support company safety procedures with a focus on zero injuries, keeping work areas and equipment clean and safe.
• Follow and comply with Safe Quality Food (SQF), HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and rebuild industrial equipment and machinery to maintain production and maintenance schedules, owning issues until resolved.
• Use SAP to enter notifications, identify parts and work required, and maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and continuing needs.
