Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years college/trade school beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years related experience or 2 years of college/trade school in related field.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic computer tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to safety, quality and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily maintenance execution and toolbox safety discussions.
• Performs preventive maintenance on engines, motors, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and implements corrective actions.
• Disassembles defective parts and inspects components with precision tools.
• Maintains equipment by following diagrams, manuals, and engineering specs.
• Supports production by minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance.
• Contributes to safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Documents tasks and communicates issues to operations.
