Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our Georgia plant, reporting to the Maintenance Leader. The hourly role focuses on keeping pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, and equipment in peak condition.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints, follow safety protocols, and support process improvements. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of related experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Combined knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical and electronic circuits.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to pass the Bennett Mechanical test.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address process and equipment issues and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Use machinery and measuring instruments for tasks like precision alignment and repair.
• Plan and execute lubrication and operational maintenance on machinery.
