Job summary
Lobos Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for 1st and 2nd shifts in Hayward, CA. This Temp-to-Perm role offers immediate openings and a competitive hourly rate. You will repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and PLC-based systems.
Strong safety and teamwork are required for peak line performance. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of Allen-Bradley
Qualifications
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance/electrical experience required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine parts needs.
- Repair gearboxes, conveyors, fans, pumps, valves and other equipment.
- Install electrical conduit, cables, and controls; maintain safety practices.
- Maintain spare-parts inventory and complete maintenance reports.
- Follow safety procedures and address hazardous conditions promptly.
