Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment at our High Point, NC facility. The role involves diagnosing issues from test data and operator feedback, disassembling and repairing machinery, and ensuring safe operation of all systems.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and maintaining industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled trades maintaining or repairing industrial equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturers' manuals.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to keep machines running smoothly.
• Diagnose machine faults via test results and operator input.
• Disassemble and repair equipment, replace defective parts, and reassemble to spec.
