Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, service, and repair production assets at our Manchester plant, with safety and reliability as guiding priorities. You’ll diagnose faults, swap worn parts, and restore lines quickly to keep output on schedule.

Daily duties include preventive maintenance, documenting work orders, and supporting equipment upgrades. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, plus the ability to read schematics, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or a closely related role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Competent with hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, service, and corrective repairs on production assets and facility systems.
• Diagnose faults and restore equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per established procedures and intervals.
• Document work clearly—logs, work orders, and parts usage.
• Support equipment installs, retrofits, and start‑ups.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls and break‑fix events.
• Uphold safety rules and applicable regulations in every task.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to boost reliability.
• Keep shop areas organized and clean.
